The hotel is in an excellent location and has excellent staff. I was in the Executive Tower, and Teddy the Concierge was incredibly helpful, spoke good English and was excellent at his job. Reception staff were always friendly, spoke good English, were helpful and although we arrived early, they went out of their way to accommodate us as quickly as possible - Kay on reception was particularly helpful. In addition, the facilities were excellent both in the room and in the hotel: excellent air conditioning, clean, comfortable and spacious. The sea view was good due to the angle of the building and although our room was towards the back of the hotel from the beach, we could still watch the sun set over the sea from our balcony.

The hotel rooms offer quality ocean views in many of the the rooms. I booked this hotel twice in the same month because of the ocean views and excellent location. It remains quiet in an otherwise busy area. You have a multitude of transportation options for travel in the local area. The hotel is easy to find and access. There are many excellent food choices with easy walking distance. The hotel is in the Pattaya loop so you can access a large area hop on a local baht bus for only 10 baht per person. If you like shopping you have easy access to Terminal 21 and Central Mall within the Pattaya loop.

He particularly enjoyed the poached eggs, saying he'd never had them cooked so well. The location being just across the road from the beach was most appealing as well as being on the main road with the frequent hop on hop off taxi service. The SOAK toiletries were good quality and especially welcome was the body conditioner.

Location and proximity to the beach is definitely the most lucrative aspect of the property .View of the Pattaya beach from the room is excellent.Rooms are big in size and the room given to us had two bathrooms as well. Newly constructed kids club looked exciting but kids couldn't enjoy as we were short of time.Same with the spa,looked good wanted to visit but couldn't go due to lack of time.

Recently refurbished, the hotel is modern and stylish and up to date. The rooms are a great size with individual balconies with great views of the bay. The bathrooms are large and well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The reception area has a lovely cafe and there is a great restaurant. The location is superb.
